Noworry treats stress through audio therapies. We’re helping people deal with stress in a more affordable way than going to a psychologist. Therapies in Noworry are similar to sessions with psychologists recorded in audio. It helps identify emotions, recognize your wishes, and stress relief.
You can listen to therapies inside or outside. We recommend listening to it outside, in a cafe, or office, or on walking and feeling yourself better.
Also, we have a deep breath relax and focus exercise that takes less time but also is very effective.
How does it work?
Just go to the app, choose a problem, or why you are stressed, then listen to CBT therapies, answer the questions, do therapy notes, do mental health activities and relax exercise during therapy.
