The screen can be held in all directions and the screen can be stretched to see better or if it is difficult to hit in the right place. Play against others by connecting via the menu screen and starting a new game. Then there will be the same game on all interconnected screens. Disconnect again if you want to continue playing separately to see who fills everything first.
