The Offit App is designed to help us achieve happier and healthier lifestyles through the implementation of specific, time-efficient and easy to perform movements in our working environment.
Offit is available to both individual subscribers and corporate subscriptions. If you are a private user and believe Offit could be beneficial throughout your workplace please refer your Director, CEO or HR department through to the Offit website.
We believe that happier, healthier human beings feel and perform better in all aspects of life. Offit is designed to help overcome the physical and mental health implications of inactivity in our working environments.
How did we achieve this? We studied what humans are fundamentally designed to do from a movement point-of-view and how this impacts our performance at work and at home. Regular, low-intensity movement is what we are designed to do as humans, so we created Offit for people to utilise in their given workspace to help facilitate the improvement of their overall health through easy to perform movements.
Offit is unique because it can be customised to suit the users' needs regarding their soreness or stiffness in specific areas of the body. After selecting these areas Offit then filters the available exercises by using an algorithm to ensure these areas are addressed above the other, less problematic areas of the body. Offit will still ensure the user receives a range of exercises to increase the movement and health of the entire body.
The user can customise their work hours to ensure the movement reminder system sends the notifications during the correct time of day.
There is exercise equipment available to select within the app settings. By selecting one or more items the user is acknowledging that they have access and permission to use the equipment within their workplace and therefore Offit will provide extra exercises that utilise this equipment.
Ensure the recommended daily movements are completed consecutively and earn reward badges.
