Minor updates to the app...hopefully fixing the problem with the multiple-choice questions.

Fixed the problem with the questions being cut off, and tested the app on iOS 8

Optimized for iOS 7...this version of the app requires iOS 7.

Users can now start where they left off when scrolling through all of the questions. When scrolling through questions by category, the questions always start off with Q1.

Fixed some issues with displaying a few of the questions, and made other minor tweaks to the app.
