The One to One Plus app provides users with an easy way to access, update, and view data directly from their mobile device. Device assignment and collection to and from students, staff, or locations is simplified using the device’s camera as a barcode scanner. Staff members can quickly submit ticket requests, while technicians can update notes, ticket types, ticket status and more for help desk tickets directly from the app.
