We have added a food quality tracking feature to easily stay on track with your food quality. We should all be including plenty of fiber at each meal, and many fibrous foods are also rich in vitamins and minerals. We should also keep our sodium, saturated fats, and added sugar low. This feature helps us stay on target.
Fiber helps maintain a healthy gut and also helps fill you up. Eat high-fiber foods such as beans and vegetables at each meal.

With this release, we are adding a new Activity Widget to the home screen that you can use to set goals and track your Active Calorie Burn, Steps, and Active Calories easily.
