Added a new Surrender Option, if players foresee and fail to organize their defend tactic properly, which may result in defend facilities outside the range of attack, or residences heal themselves infinitely. In such situations, players could surrender the wave and restart the game as same as a normal gameover. This is not a bug, it is a design intention to let players organize their base, relocate or purchase units during each fortification phase to play wisely
