Rustling Broccoli presents PHOTO.EXE, for all your dithered photo needs. Our blazing-fast Bayer dither will impress your friends, and premium users (that's everyone, you're a premium person, aren't you?) can now enjoy colour dithering, too. You can apply the pixelation to photos from your library, or live, using the camera.

PHOTO.EXE also has a revolutionary public feed – post your best photos for the world to see, and share them with friends. It's social media without the wellness, without followers, and without the anxiety of like counts.

As with all Rustling Broccoli apps, we collect no telemetry or private data, and we show no ads.
