Fixed a padding issue in widgets on iOS17

Fixed a bug with displaying the wrong dates in different timezones.

Updated driver and circuit visuals

Added notification settings:

- Select which session you want to receive notifications for
- Select the amount of minutes before each session you want to receive notifications

** Added Global Notifications **

Removed the option to manually set notifications! 
Added global notifications with the option to change the amount of minutes before each session. Default value is changed to 10 minutes before each session.  

* Please make sure to allow notifications.

Keep in mind that results are usually available 2 – 6 hours after the race. 
In the mean time the Widget may not update without opening the app.
I am looking for solutions to the widget not actively updating!

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Fixed bug which crashes the app when there are errors loading the leaders of a specific race. It will show an error state when it does happen.
