We've just updated the pre-gym warmups to be paid, except for the leg day.

We've added sport specific routines!! This now means that before your soccer game, or basketball, or even just before going on a run, you can do a scientific based warmup that's going to prime your joints and help prevent injury.
We have also added a shoulder posture fixing routine, to do with the neck posture and low back posture routines.
