Poetics is a visual poetry app, developing the concept of an infinitely editable, object-oriented poetry.

The app is an ongoing artwork created by Seth Indigo Carnes, an artist based in New York City. Poetics is used in over 150 countries, across languages and cultures, and in schools to teach a variety of subjects.

This major update now works on all iOS devices, features a ground-up rework of filters, allows creation of poetics in portrait and landscape orientation, changes default stying to text only (no box), and features a new carousel and gestural interface, with ability to zoom in and out of poetics, from thumbnail view to detailed editing and composition.
