PointsDaily is a habit tracker designed to simplify habit tracking. Focus on a few general areas of improvement - like exercise - and then get more specific - like cardio or lifting. Assign yourself points for each activity and try to maintain a balance. You're not going to be perfect every day, nor should you try to be. Instead, you should focus on maintaining a generally positive balance of actions that you'd like to encourage.
I created this app because even though I love tracking my habits, I found other habit trackers so complicated that I was a bit overwhelmed. Instead, I wanted to create something simple and streamlined.
