I designed Poke Battle Buddy to get you type advantage information as quickly as possible and in an easy to read format.
With 18 different types it is understandable to not have every single interaction memorized.
With Battle Buddy you can:
- Manually Select a Type or Types.
- Search for Pokémon by name to quickly pull up their weaknesses.
- Know if a Physical or Special attack will do better!
- All Pokémon included, even from the newest games!
- Use with Pokémon Go, Pokémon Sword/Shield, etc.

Big fixes! Thanks to my discord community for reporting these!
- Fixed the issue that erased team names.
- Fixed the issue that made the pokedex unreadable when accessed from the Type Notes section of the team builder.
- Added an explanation that pressing the 'i' circle in the Type Notes section will present a list of pokemon up that address the problem mentioned in the note.
- Fixed the issue that cause menu sounds not to play from the buttons in the team builder.
- Fixed the issue that erased team names.

Quick fixes from your feedback!
- Fixed issue that paused your music if you had menu sounds on
- Made it so you can still tell which pokemon you've selected even if my app doesn't yet have an image for it.
- Fixed it so when selecting pokemon that don't have an image on the team builder yet, it doesn't break the UI.

- TEAM BUILDER! This is in its early stage of development and more features will be added as time goes on.
- Type Strengths! Previously the the app only showed what might be weak to a type or type combination, now the app will show how well each type might resist a particular type!

It means the world to me that you guys are enjoying my app, I put a ton of work into it and value the feedback and comments I've gotten. Anyway, here are the details for whats new in v2.0!
Added:
- Physical/Special Attack Advantage Gauge
- Pokedex including stats, EV, and evolution info.
- 'Caught' indicator so you can keep track as you "Catch'em all!"
- New data source that should update your app with new pokemon as they come out.

Two little changes this time:
-Fixed the size of Rillabloom image
-Added a bit more space between the ad banner and the rest of the content to make sure no one was accidentally tapping on things they may not want to tap on.

- I fixed a bug that sometimes made the incorrect type information appear when using the search feature. It's gone now, you're all safe, hopefully this bug didn't cause any of you to do anything less than "SUPER EFFECTIVE" damage!
- iPhone SE users! I love you as well and have fixed the font sizing issue for your displays! Much love and happy catching!
- Also, for all of you that may use variable font sizes in accessibility settings, the Pokemon list should now scale with your preferred settings.
- Fixed some various smaller issues that don't really need an announcement, but here I am anyway! :P

Feel free to email me or join my discord and shoot me a message, would love to hear from you with any ideas for Poke Battle Buddy or any other nerd related things! Also, some of you asked for the ability to remove the ads, so I have added that in. (Also fixed a bug that had some of you stuck on the tutorial screen!)
