Идёт начальная заставка, а потом идёт загрузка, которая не загружается! Я прождала минут 10, но так ничего и не загрузилось. На моем старом андройде все работало, а на новом айфоне почему-то нет

Не открывается игра
Классная игра давно как-то играл, вот хотел опять скачать поиграть, но игра просто не запускается. Я уже перезагружал телефон не раз, переустанавливал игру и что только не делал но игра после заставки не запускается.
