* Daily Cardio Bonus: Want cardio on all your strength training days? No problem! You can now choose to add cardio as a daily bonus, ensuring that every strength training day includes a random cardio exercise.
* No Time to Spare? We've enhanced the "I DO NOT HAVE TIME" feature to offer a quick 60-second cardio completion exercise for those busy days.
