PregLog was created because we realized there was a need for a pregnancy app that solely focused on the pregnant person's physical and mental health. We also noticed the lack of follow up health interventions after the delivery, hence we decided to give the user the possibility to keep track after the delivery too.

With PregLog we encourage you to take the time to reflect on yourself and your health during and after your pregnancy. No pregnancy is the other one alike.

The PregLog app have the following functionalities :

*Daily body scan - Track your health from head to toe, and reflect on your current state of health - physically, mentally, socially and emotionally.

*Daily notes - Write short notes. Could be about your day, what you have done and/or if something special happened.

*Overview - Main screen. See current day, pregnancy week, days left until birth, current trimester, results from your body scanning.

*Summary - Choose to view a summary of your health by week, month, whole pregnancy, custom week select or trimester. Shows the symptoms you have tracked most times.

*Graph - See how you have evaluated your overall mental and physical health over time.

*Multi-language support for English and Swedish

App does not support iPad devices.
