Random Day is your assistant in mental health. Take your Brain health under control!
We want to provide people with a simple way to prevent Brain Ageing in simple format by getting novel experience. The approach is based on the scientific researches of creating diverse experience every day whether it's writing by the left hand or finding a new route. Like any other muscle in your body, with your brain, you either use it or lose it. RandomDay will help you:
- Learn Faster - Trying new simple things makes you learn new skills much faster;
- Boost Creativity - New experience engages new areas of the brain which increases your creativity;
- Empower brain flexibility - People who engage in a variety of experiences are more likely to have an ability to adapt their behaviour and thinking in response to the environment;
- Be Happier - Keeping brain sharp makes life more intense and happier;

Why does it matter?

It's a fact people get older. During the lifetime stress, depression, ageing and disease can trigger neurons to break down and even die. The most widespread signs of Brain Ageing when people may:
- Be slower to find and remember the right words;
- Have difficulties with doing a few things at a time;
- Experience decreases in the ability to pay attention;

We started researching mental health and found some studies how novel experience affects it. The studies confirmed that enriched environment, ""brain trainings"" can brings positive influence to our neuroplasticity.
Neuroplasticity is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. It changes with age but it doesn’t mean we can’t do anything about it. Brain can restore old, lost connections and functions that have not been used in some time.

Everyday experience shapes brain structure, we want to provide an easy to use way to create new neural connections and the main problem we are solving - reverse brain ageing.

Нашла это приложение после очередного 14-часового рабочего дня и поняла, что именно его мне не хватало. Классные быстрые задания, которые помогают отвлечься и контролировать свой стресс. Пока ещё изучаю все возможности, но уже после нескольких дней использования чувствую себя лучше.
