Bug fix: History slider on Match looked odd with 1 vs 1.
Bug fix: Correct rating before and after are now shown below each player.
Bug fix: Score-picker now updates correctly on edit matches.
New: Popup dialog is now shown when fetching differences since last with a hard reset button just in case.

-Matches are no longer added as in progress automatically, it is possible to publish and save them after scores have been set.
-Matches start with score maximum for team 1 to make it usually easier to add new matches.
