Clock removed from application

Fix of orientation detection bug in iPhone devices...

Improvements and fixes across the application to make it more reliable, beautiful and useful while supporting latest devices.

- Bugfix: Fixed displaying of image in competition detail
- Bugfix: Fixed banner position so its centered correctly
- Bugfix: Fixed displaying of profile image when its uploaded so it si updated correctly and also cached for offline start of application.
- Bugfix: Create new account in landscape didn't fit to window scrolling didn't work as well as login landscape layout and switching improvements, fixed in the end by forcing portrait and slite sliding of UI when keyboard is present of small iphone.
- Bugfix: Fixed Layout Issue in competition detail landscape , bottom bar was not visible when tab bar of Results/Competition/Images was hidden.
- Improvement: In Results changed bottom bar to toolbar because competitions button was not clickable on new iphones.
- Bugfix: Fixed numerous issues with layout on various screen resolutions but mostly new phones.
- Improvement: Walked thorughout application on both iPad and iPhone and fixed all layout issues I have found in multiple places, changed what orientation some views support so UI is not messed up on orientation change.
- Improvement: UI usability improvemts like popping of keyboard when opening add comment, status
- Bugfix: Fixed top instes on new devices.
- Improvement: Numerous improvements in UI, Backgrounds, Navigation Bar. Due to problematic technics implemented before, I have changed backgrounds to less problematic solution and also forced app to specific arientations for specific views, but special views like target keyboard , competitons results and clock can be rotated to portrait as before.
- Improvement: Colors and UI in all parts of application to be more pro looking and with better contrast.
- Improvement: Headers for add status and add comment
- Improvement: Improved UI for iPad so details in results are not hidden in portrait becasue there is plenety of space and also bigger main progress indicator
- Update: Updated libraries for new IOS SDK compatibility
- Refaktoring: removing of unused old code throughout application.
- Bugfix: When app was first loaded and started without internet connection Find competition blocked UI so it was not possible to go out due to retry dialog.
- Improvement: Added No internet retry functionality to "In or Out" and "Awards" other wise user would be forced to go to other view and go back to reload content.
- Other small improvements.
