Added ability to change loop playback options, you can now choose to loop the whole playlist, just the current track or turn off looping altogether. We've also fixed some styling issues with older devices specifically iPhone 4S so that the player displays properly. We've also re-added the download progress percentage display when a track is downloading.

Fixed overlapping text issue for long track names on iPhone SE. Further performance improvements. Play now button will replace tracks within the playlist rather than append tracks to the end of the playlist to be more consistent with other media players.
