- RecoverFaster is now supporting the Wellue DuoEK hand held heart rate monitor and the Wellue VisualBeat patch heart rate monitor. A welcome alternative for the chest strap! All previous heart rate monitor chest straps are still supprted. In addition to the new supported hardware you can now view your Respiration Rate, SDNN and VLF in realtime, while you are performing a monitoring session. We have also updpdated your Share data with the new metrics so now you have even more data you can analyze outside of the app.
- Your Apple Health data can now be downloaded to RecoverFaster. Your downloaded Health Data can be viewed on the History->Health screen but is only for viewing purposes and is NOT used for any HRV or heart rate results or calculations. Apple Health data can not be used in lieu of a supported heart rate monitor chest strap, patch or hand held device for performing RecoverFaster HRV monitoring sessions.
