The Resilient Training Lab app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Resilient Training Lab program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by the trainer. Clients and trainers can track progress and help the client to improve overall health.

- we've included the ability to track workouts provided by your coach directly within the app
- see a lesson you love and want to refer back to? Mark it as a Favorite and access it at any point right within your Resources
- we improved the dates on all data and photo metrics entries to make sure things are showing up on the correct days
- and numerous small bug fixes that came up along the way!
