Описание

« Respire » will help you diminish your daily stress level by simply doing a few mindful breathing sessions.

You need only let yourself be guided by the movements of the shape.

Practicing those breathing exercises will lead you to a state called « heart coherence », whose many health-positive effects are recognized.

Research shows that three sessions per day give the maximum benefit. « Respire » allows you to program reminders for these sessions throughout your day and week. It’s a good reminder to take care of yourself!

Hi, here are some new features to enjoy:

* Widgets for iOS 14 that allow you to quickly start a personalized session. Useful for setting up customized sessions (duration, mode, sounds, vibrations, etc.) depending on the time of day!!
* Automatically send breathing times to Apple Health.
* For those who enjoy calm, you now have the option to remove the bell at the end of the session... and for those in a hurry, you have the option to skip the intro.
* In the middle of a session, tap the screen to display the time remaining and tap again for the screen to go dark.

In addition, we have further improved the graphics performance and solved a problem that sometimes prevented the correct calculation of session times. Thanks to our users who reported that to us. :-)

However, we have had to make a difficult choice. « Respire » now requires iOS 12 and later.

And in the meantime, the development adventure continues...
