Описание

RigRun is a six-week fitness competition between competing teams.

Events are held regularly, are sponsored and offer prizes. Participants will compete with each other by scoring points as they exercise - this counts towards individual and team progression.

The aim of the competitions is to promote daily exercise in order to improve fitness and mental health. RigRun competitions are organised around specific locations (gyms) with each location representing a team.

You can register when you see the RigRun poster at participating gyms.
