Added a "Start" split that is the last to be cleared. You would use this for the time of the race.
The "pull to refresh" gesture deletes down to 4 running splits, then down to just the "Start" split, before completely clearing the list on a third pull.
Long Press on a mark uses on-device dictation to describe the mark.
The detail page has the convenience of editing the description when it hasn't been set.

Updated to get the app back in the store!
Supports Dark Mode, all text sizes, and adapts to all screen sizes correctly.
This version is only available on iOS 14.1 and above since it is built with modern technology (SwiftUI).

This version is compatible with iOS 9 and 10.
Marks that have been split and are red in the list are now restarted when you touch them again rather than doing a second split right away. Long press and 3D Touch still brings up the detail view to see any past splits.

RoadWatch is now a Universal app, so it supports iPhones and iPads.
The app supports iOS 9.0 iPad Multi-Tasking, so you can use it side by side with other apps. It makes a great companion to my Bib Grid app now on iPads that support multi-tasking (currently iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 4, and iPad Pro).
Marks now have a detail view so that you can enter a description that shows in the Stopwatch list. It also shows all of the previous splits you have taken for the Mark. On iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus you can Peek and Pop to this page from the list of marks.
On the iPhone 6s and 6sPlus, the app supports 3D touch Quick Actions to start a mark in the stopwatch.
On the iPad and iPhone 6/6s Plus, you get a split view with the list of marks and the mark detail when there is room.
