How does it work?

Start by creating your workout routines in S2. Your first workout for any given routine will act as a baseline for the next workout, encouraging you to do more work by moving more mass. The technical term for this is called progressive overload, and it's the core principle behind any successful strength training.

Between workouts (or during an ongoing workout) you can review your past performance by easily accessing your workout history.

S2 integrates with HealthKit to register your workouts.

Incredibly beautiful

Used to be a very decent app (((
The pre-2023 version was an excellent workout log app.. but the 2nd version (2023) ruined it all… the tiny timer, awkward way to adjust reps and weight etc etc… why app devs had to kill a very good app instead of issuing another application?… very disappointing… have to start scouting for another gym log app… 😢
