Patient Demographics will be always visible for demo app users

• See patient demographics (name, birthdate and gender) on the main order screen for clear and efficient patient confirmation.

Refactoring release.

Order verification is now fully available in offline-mode. Lab orders are stored locally and are accessible when there is no internet connection. The synchronisation happens automatically in regular intervals or by user interaction.

Annotations for patient status and/or samples are now fully configurable by the laboratory.
