How to Use the Sacred Wisdom App:
Simply open the app, press the menu button in the bottom right corner and choose your notification schedule: Once a day, Twice a day, or Three times a day. Be sure to "allow" notifications when asked, or you won't see any messages from Sacred Wisdom.
