1. New Onboarding:
We take better care of those you send to the app now. A new user will get to learn the features of the app and better understand the rituals that suit them. And yes, you, our pillar or support, will get to experience this when you update to the new version too :)
2. Personalised Guidance (a big one!):
Like us, did you always want to know which ritual or Sadhana to do based on a goal you want to achieve or a deity you would like to worship? Well, worry no more! A personalised Veda Vyasa recommendation engine will now help you discover the 3 best rituals you can perform. Trigger this feature anytime from My Guide in your User Dashboard.
(Although this looks simple right now, there is a complex magic sauce running behind the scenes to perform this recommendation. We would love to hear your feedback on this new feature and expand it based on your input!)
3. User Dashboard:
a. Did you always want to track how many rituals you perform on the app?
b. How about knowing how many consecutive days you have performed rituals? (a streak feature to help build the habit!)
c. And how about a bit of motivation to fuel your habit of worship where a lovely nugget of Vedic Wisdom is unlocked as a reward based on the regularity of your practice?
d. Do you want to be reminded when to perform a ritual based on your configured time?
e. Did you want quick access to your favourite rituals, and reduce the clicks to get there?
f. Did you always want to know whether this is a festival today and its details?
g. How about knowing your points, Leaderboard standing, and more, at a glance?
Well, if you answered yes to any of the above questions, you will love the new User Dashboard :slightly_smiling_face:
4. Revamped Notifications:
Do you also do this - click on or swipe a notification by mistake and miss reading its content? Well, worry not! We have built a bunch of features to help you:
a. Notification Centre: Never miss a notification as there is now a dedicated location where each one is saved and available for you within the app log.
b. Smart Routing: Clicking on certain notifications will now take you directly to the ritual instead of making you click…click…click and did we say click? :)
c. And more that you have to discover on your own! :)
Did we also hear you think that there are too many notifications from the app and you would like to enable/disable them based on your personal preferences?

You can now perform an Aarti at any time of your favourite deity, independent of any ritual, from your Hut. How’s that?

Little issue
Thank you for the app, looks amazing and very exiting, can’t wait to explore it, but.. can you make it possible to rotate? It looks like the app is fitted for the so-called left side album view in iPad, can make it to work for the right side view as well ?
