- Add a new field 'Tuition Confirmed' for advanced search

- Default to display 2017_fall SR Plan

1. Add Priority of school to school list and school detail page
2. Update options of Open for admission
3. Update Open Seats for non-login user
4. User can get all season's SR Plan

1. Update 'Closed' status to 'Full' . It means the open seats is full till now, but it may have more additional seats.
2. Update some fields names, such as 'total' to 'Enrollment Contract Total', 'Residential Fee' to 'GP Residential Fee' etc. If GP Residential Fee is 0, it means it's not a GP school.
3. Display the Season in the School Marketing page. You also can click the season to change the season.
4. Get Quote can help user to search tuition card for approved SR plan

2. Add Marketing Sheet to the school list
3. Default to display SR Plan of 2017 spring
