Instead of doing it the traditional way with pieces of paper, you can use this app to avoid getting yourself, or have closed loops. No need to be on the same place, same room just to organise this either.
Create a group, add each participants name and email and viola! Everyone will receive an email invitation with their gift recipient and any additional details.
The free version of "Santa's Secret Service" can 1 group and up to 5 participants. Free version users may resend invitations through their own email, in case they did not receive the original invitation, and take a look at the matching list.
The upgraded "Premium" subscription (for just $0.99 a YEAR), will give you access to additional features, including:
- Create unlimited groups and add unlimited participants
- Fix and resend invitations, unlimited times through our automated emailer.
Santa's Secret Service will charge your iTunes account once you subscribe, and will automatically renew at the end of your current subscription period for the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current subscription period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
If you have previously purchased "Unlock elite", you will be able to choose the "Restore Purchases" option to access all "Premium" features.
The prices stated are for customers in the United States and may vary depending on your iTunes account settings. In-App purchases and subscriptions cannot be shared using Family Sharing.

Many of you have been sending feedback, and I really appreciate it. This update includes some of the suggestions sent by fellow agents.
What's new in this version:
+ Date field always showing current date issue resolved
+ Agent list fields not scrolling to be visible (and not hide behind the keyboard) issue resolved.
What's new in 1.2.1
+ Added a "Peek targets list" option: After you've generated and sent your group matches, you may now take a peek at the matching list if your really want to know who got who.
+ Added a "Fix / resend emails" option: Sometimes we may type an email address incorrectly, but we don't want to regenerate the list. So this option will allow you to fix any email address you want to change or have typed in wrong, and send an individual email to it.
+ The "Objective" field is now editable: You can now change the default "Give best christmas present to target" objective. You can now add budget limits, or any other rules for your event in this field.
+ Moved the agents list to it's own view. Because I realised that many of you have really large groups.
+ There's a confirmation box now, after the "send" button is pressed.
+ Emailing limits are working correctly now.
+ "Settings" displays the correct version number now.
+ Added instructions on how to unsubscribe on the email message.
