The complete School-to-Home Management System for Parents, Staff and Students

Mobile application for SchoolsBuddy's integrated portal for activities, bookings, sports, billing and transport.

This app is for all users in a school from Activities and Trip Co-ordinators, finance departments, through to parents and students. If you have multiple roles, the app will enable you to switch role and help you on a daily basis.

SchoolsBuddy is part of the Faria Education Group product suite which includes learning and admission applications via ManageBac and OpenApply, however, SchoolsBuddy can function in a school without these tools.

Used in over 400 schools in 50+ countries to enable schools to improve parent engagement, simplify processes and enable schools to manage anything extra-curricular in an organised way.

We sync data from many world leading MIS/SIS providers and allow Single Sign-on with a variety of providers including Google, Microsoft, ISAMS, Firefly, ManageBac and many more.

- NEW Transport Status Updates
New feature to provide a parent view of the bus status.
If a bus leaves previous stops later than expected the bus will be marked as LATE on the diary, and a notification will be received which will indicate if the bus left on time or was running late when it left the last stop.

- Improved Attendance view
A new look includes more obvious status buttons against the student. On all event type registers/attendance there is now the Search option within the register/attendance so staff can easily search for a student

For Transport Homebound events attendee status counters make it easy for bus monitors to see how many are yet to board the bus before it can leave.

- Improved Parent view
On the Home screen the Transport Change Request status displays on the event (and in the calendar too), and the Available Signups now show badges of the action for the user e.g. Select, Choose or Review.
Also the Transport event details now show the Route image.

- Search tab visibility for External staff
Schools can now control whether their Bus Monitors and External Coaches can use the Search tab on the app. This enables those users to be able to take attendance for events at short notice, to which they are not already assigned as staff.
