Midazolam: 0.5mg/kg (oral), 0.2mg/kg (nasal)
Diazepam: 0.25mg/kg
Epinephrine: 0.01mg/kg
Flumazenil: 0.01mg/kg
Naloxone: 0.1mg/kg
