No limitations on what is being recorded. YOU choose your own affirmations that will be most useful to you. Your spoken text is recorded as well as converted to text so that you can easily view and manage your affirmations!

Quickly and easily control playback and balance the sound of your spoken voice with ethereal meditation music. You can even chose to add a binaural entrainment to your sessions to lull your mind into a receptive theta brainwave state!

Integrates with Apple's Health app! All of your time spent listening to affirmations is logged in the Mindful Minutes category allowing you to record and track your progress over time!
