This version is full of small but very important changes to the way cardio and strength exercises are handled. All workouts including them have been updated to make them more interesting and fun. - Made the rhythm change exercise more dynamic by keeping the same footwork for longer.

Two brand new modes are now available thanks to this update:
- Simple Defense: Use basic defensive movements in your combos
- Flowing Combos: Simple combos that are satisfying to throw.
… but also a brand new workout: “Simple & Fun”, a few quick rounds of straightforward combos with just a bit of complexity to keep it interesting.

A lot of new stuff in this version!
First a new BOXING+CARDIO exercise. If you choose this one in a custom workout, the app will pick 3 drills from a list of 10 and you will do them one after the other for ~20 seconds each. There is no break, so if you pick a 3 minutes round be prepared to sweat!
This new exercise comes with a new full workout focused on cardio but still including a lot of boxing technique.
We also amélioré a lot of existing workouts, removed a few that received mostly negative feedback and we added LUNGES as a new exercise.
Finally, we improved the progress tab. First some bugs were cleaned, including one doubling all the durations. Then we added an overview of an entire year instead of just the past 7 days in order to give you a better sense of how much you are training.
