SHFT is the world’s most advanced virtual running coach. It's built to help people perfect their technique, correct bad habits and make sure they run right. The system uses one pod on your foot and one on your chest to build a complete picture of the way you run. It combines a vast amount of collected running data with advanced analysis of your running technique, animations of how you run, and live coaching via real time instructions on how to improve your run.
