Shredder, the most successful chess program ever, is also available for the iPad. You can play against Shredder, analyze with him and solve chess puzzles. It offers the usual Shredder standard on your iPad.
In addition to the outstanding playing strength of the 12 times computer chess world champion, Shredder is also able to mimic the play of a human chess player with any playing strength. He even deliberately makes typical human mistakes in those levels.
Solve 1000 built in chess puzzles. Shredder keeps track of your performance and offers advice if needed.
You can adjust Shredder’s playing strength from beginner to master level. If you like, Shredder automatically adjusts his strength to yours. He even calculates an Elo rating for you. This is how the playing strength of chess players is typically measured.
During the game a coach is watching your moves and warns you if you are about to make a mistake.

Ничего Особенного
Завышает рейтинг ЕЛО где-то на 200, что делает ее основную функцию - определение силы игрока - не очень интересной. Набор фигур и досок не богат. Полноценная навигация по ходам партии отсутствует - только стрелки вперед-назад. Движок конечно слабее стокфиша. Обновления случаются крайне редко. Но в целом качественная программа. Есть база данных окончаний. Удобно сделан режим анализа - лучший ход указывается стрелкой. Хотя могли бы сделать разветвления в анализируемой партии. В целом же программа не дотягивает до своей цены.

Странно эта игра за 200 с чем то рублей играет намного слабее чем бесплатная stockfish. Да и функций у стокфиша больше.

Объективно - лучшие шахматы, движок
самый сильный имхо, хотя конечно несильно уступают ему др. профессиональные программы - ChessGenius, Fritz (но у последней программы нет iPad версии!).
Другие программы - фигня, не тратьте денег!!!!
StockFish также хорош, но по удобству уступает по некоторым вкусностям, которые делают программу приятнее (например, у StockFish нет автонастройки рейтинга - удобная и простая фича, когда Shredder подстраивается постоянно под вашу силу игры)...

Add some features,please
Almost everything is great in this game. What is bad- there are a lot of unused free space at the right while orienting horizontal. It shows only last two moves-it is very bad,I have to see all moves that are made like in all chess games and I would like to select this move and start from that point. Thanks
