Sitrus is a simple swiping quiz that tracks your mood.

It’s a 30-second way to pause and reflect, tracking multiple elements of your mood and energy. By gathering this data, you can look back at your mood over time to see how it changes and how your current mood fits into that picture. It’s easy yet insightful, and hopefully a little fun.

There’s no signup required, and all of your data is stored on your phone so only you have access to it.
