We're introducing two new features to the Slopegraide app!
The first feature is a new zoom-in mode within our putting stroke model for iPad users. When zoomed in, the putter becomes life sized and you can use it for putting tempo training by follow the animated putting stroke as you putt next to it.
The second feature is customizable putt tempo! Before this release, our calculated backstroke lengths and putting stroke model were based on a putting tempo of 60 beats per minute. Now you can customize the putt tempo from 46 bpm all the way up to 85 bpm so you can find the pace that works best for you.
We've also added a new customizable capture range for capturing slopes in Slopegraide AR. This will help capture accurate slopes when putting on crowns, spines, and fall lines on the green. You can change the size of the capture range by pinching the screen.

Our Visual Putt Model got a makeover! We have improved the algorithms of our displayed rolling model of your putt and have provided the following new display features:
- Alignment Line - A white dashed alignment line will help you see how much your putt will break in comparison to where you are aiming.
- Make Zone - A green shaded region that shows you the dead speed line on the high side of the hole and the aggressive line on the low side of the hole. This is helpful to see the lines of putts that are hit at different speeds.
- Backstroke Length - We added how far back to take your putter just above the Putting Stroke Model button to help you visualize the putting stroke needed to create the animated rolling speed on your iPhone or iPad.

Welcome to Slopegraide 2.0, the major app update of the year! Here is what's new in this game-changing update:
- Introducing Roll Maps, our new optimal putt speed charts that are LEGAL for use in tournament rounds and every day rounds. With Roll Maps, you'll always know how firm to hit any putt inside 30 feet so you can 3-putt less, and 1-putt more. Roll Maps supports green speeds from 6 to 15 on the Stimpmeter, uphill and downhill putts up to 1 foot each way, and can be customized for any conservative (die putts in the hole) or aggressive (run putts past the hole up to 3 feet) putting style.
A Slopegraide sensor is NOT required for Roll Maps, however a paid subscription is required.
- To confirm whether you have the right slope calculation or start line reference point, a VISUAL SLOPE LINE has now been added to the main view. You can use this visual slope line to confirm that your hips have tilted parallel with the slope you are standing on.
- Slopegraide now provides UPHILL and DOWNHILL support that helps you hit putts at the correct speed with a simple slider on the left side of main view. As you change the slope elevation of your putt, the approximate duration to the hole and 1 second roll distance values are changed in real-time so you'll how firm to hit your putt and visualize how long the ball will roll on the green.
- Slopegraide now supports PUTT SPEED preference with a simple slider on the right side of the main view. In other words, you can now configure where the putt finishes rolling on the green in relation to the hole. Reference points for start line are now calculated based on how soft or how firm you would like to hit your putts. As you change the speed preference, a new start line recommendation is calculated and displayed on the main view in real-time. This feature will help you discover which putting style works best for you!
- Speedview, our real-time putt speed rolling model, now provides the ability to quickly change the green speed, putt length, speed preference, and slope elevation (how much the putt is uphill or downhill). This feature is useful for teachers and instructors showing students the relationship between putt speed and putt break.
- And finally, you told us, and we listened. Our Apple Watch functionality got a makeover, making it more simple to use and more independent than ever!
We have eliminated the steps to link your Slopegraide sensor to your Apple Watch from the Slopegraide app on your iPhone. Your Slopegraide sensor will now connect immediately to your Apple Watch when you change the Connect Mode to Apple Watch.
We have now introduced the ability to change the green speed, sensitivity, slope elevation (uphill vs downhill), and speed preference directly from your Apple Watch.
