The latest update to the Assessing App includes:

- Updates to auto-naming rules for the accredited courses
- Highlighted assessor session information in the assigned assessor emails
- Ad-hoc emails to members and a copy of the email is sent separately to event contact
- Assessors can update member assessments in one action using the new tools: “Mark as Complete” and “Reset Assessment Modules”
- Enrol/Sign-in modal for the members will search nationally only
- Added the ability to resend the pre enrolment email to a member and change the email address if required
- Update the default filters for club administrators
- Award HLTAID010 with backdated award date when marked with credit transfer for accredited courses
- Additional UoC checks for SRC-BM transition courses

Introduced new filter changes to the Assessing App
The Assessing App now has summary notes for events that can be contributed to by administrators for logging relevant event information
Updated the member status table in Assessing App events to show progress toward course completion
The Assessing App document upload now includes a “Link” option, which allows assessors and administrators to link to external storage locations instead of uploading the file
The Assessing App compliance report now separately pre-generates the assessment history from the rest of the report
Configured new email notifications within the Assessing App for event completion and when an event is moved out of the review status

The Assessing App now has the capability to create event templates for reuse and standardisation.
Assessing App users can now download a pre-filled attendance sheet in the Members tab for an event.
Assessing App users can now upload documents for an event if extra documents are required for record keeping purposes.
There is a new event compliance report that allows Assessing App users to download a report that contains all activity related to an event.
The Assessing App now has the added capability to allow event administrators to request feedback from participants who attended the event.
Extra participant information is now displayed next to participant names in the Members and Assessing tabs within the Assessing App.
Assessing App event reminder emails can now be sent to event administrators and assessors 1 or 2 weeks prior to an event.
Assessors can now be assigned to events they are attending as a participant in the Assessing App but they will not be able to assess themselves in the assess tab.

- Events can be configured as private events. Private events will not display in the Training Event calendar and list views and private events can only be enrolled into via a shared link
- The export participants feature in the Assess App now includes the participant’s LMS username, email and phone number.
- Event names can now be pre-populated based on selections made for other Event attributes (e.g. Club, Course, Date).

- Modules and assessments previously assessed will now show in a different colour within the Assess App. The observation assessment items that are assessed prior to an event are not able to be assessed again and further assessment activities are disabled within the Assess App.
- The simplified marking feature has been enhanced within the Assess App to allow bulk marking in the primary assessment grid for modules that contain more than one assessment item.
- The sign in form in the Assess App will no longer display when assessors sign in participants who have pre-enrolled in events to speed up the sign in process.

- Assessors can now undo assessment actions using an undo button within the Assess App
- Assessors and admins can sort events by their status in the Assess App. 
- Modules and assessments previously assessed will now show in a different colour within the Assess App. 

- Event administrators can now specify the timezone for events that are not hosted at a physical location (i.e. events for which a video conference link has been configured).
- Event administrators and assessors will now be warned about enrolling users into past events.
