In this release, we're bringing more transparency to health insurance claims by enabling our users to not only view but track their filed reimbursement claims. The insurance claims dashboard can be found in the claims section of the app which will provide our users with the history of all current and previous claims. Users will also receive notifications whenever there is an update on their claim allowing them to stay up-to-date about their entire reimbursement claim journey.

Search and book appointments with doctors across Pakistan: We've made it easier than ever to find and book in-person and virtual consultation appointments with doctors from within the SmartBenefits app. The option for this can be found right on the home screen under "Book a doctor" button.

Claim filing improvements: In this release, we've made significant improvements to our document upload process, making it faster and more reliable.

T&C and Privacy Policy updated: We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. That's why we've updated our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to better reflect our commitment to protecting your data. You can review the updated policies by clicking on the links provided in the app.

Bug fixes: We've made general improvements to the app's performance to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.
