Пишет «требуется надлежащее соединение сети» и не входит и не работает. С интернетов все в порядке.

Проблемы с приложением.
Не знаю, что не так. Приложение пишет, что не может открыться из-за проблем с подключением к сети интернет. Раньше без проблем включала. wi-fi у меня очень быстрый. В чем может быть дело и как это исправить?

Does not work
After installation I can not start the app. It says “unable to start smart gym. Requires a network connection to be installed properly. Please check your network connection and try again”. My network connection is installed properly, I really know that.

Проблема
Пишите о невозможности подключения из-за сети. Купил специальные прыгалки и установил приложение. Изначально работало, теперь нет. Функция прыгалок без этого приложения не работает и они теряют свою ценность. Исправьте пожалуйста!!!
