Fixed an important bug, where if the internet connection would drop the radio stream would get corrupted.

We added Lock Screen controls. You can now control the player while the phone is locked.
We display the artist's photo if the Radio station provides information about who's playing.
You are now informed if a Radio Station is offline: an error message is displayed when you try to play it.
