• We’ve improved your livestream appointment experience! Now you and your care team member can join the appointment up to 15 minutes before the appointment time and get started more quickly. Once you join the livestream appointment, you’ll see a new waiting room message if your care team member isn’t already on the call.
• We’ve upgraded our password reset workflow to keep your account secure and your information safe from attackers. Now, we’ll temporarily block the password reset request if there are too many incorrect attempts to verify your identity– but you can still get help from our Support team by tapping the “Contact Support” button or by emailing [email protected].
