The purpose of Squishr is simple – to help in the eradication of the invasive species known as the Spotted Lanternfly.

Squish seeks to do this in 2 primary ways:
1. Make squishing the Spotted Lanternfly fun.
2. Record the date, time and location of Spotted Lanternfly sightings, and share with State Departments of Agriculture. This data will help authorities understand where Spotted Lanternflies are, and how they are spreading over time.

Version 2.0 of Squishr comes with many new features, performance, stability and UX enhancements!

Some of the main updates:
- One-click social logins for Facebook and Google.
- An easy way to reset your password.
- While submitting a Squish or Spot you can tell us how many SLFs that particular image contains (You can submit in bulk).
- Completely redesigned Leaderboard in which now you can see the top Squishrs and Spotters of the current day, current week, current month and all time.
- Detailed stats in the “More” section.
- Gallery is also redesigned with many UI and performance improvements.
- Map now starts near your current location.
- You can help spread the word and eliminate SLFs by sharing Squishr with your friends and family simply by going to the “More” section and tapping “Share Squishr”.

And an exciting future update is that DARK MODE is coming to Squishr very soon!
