New & improved exercises! Now you can see your progress through our six different exercise types, with six purple dots you earn as you learn. The all-new sixth exercise asks you to spell the word in its entirety. Need some help? Just click on the TIP button to get you started with a few letters. After 10 exercises you now get a review of how you’re doing. You can now also delete words from your learning list (swipe left) or set the progress bar back to zero (swipe right).
Other new features are the differentiation between expressions (idioms and phrasal verbs) and what are usually single words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs & prepositions). So if you are only learning a single word, the prompt asks for a word and not generically “expression” anymore.
Give it a try, we think this is a massive improvement, especially for our paying users.
Learners using the free app can get a taste for these improvements using our sample word “subscription”.
