Stryde is a super flexible workout planner. Add any exercise you like, then set up your workouts (including rest periods, supersets and more!), and get moving!

Stryde will now politely ask you for a review after a few workouts.

On top of this, I've fixed a couple of bugs, including one where the inputs for numbers/times/weights would sometimes not update.

The big update here is adding a settings screen that can be found via the homepage. For now all you can do here is switch Stryde between kilograms and pounds, but watch this space!

I've also added a "What's new?" modal in this release which will show the first time you open Stryde after updating.
