The app, if used properly, generates a very pleasant experience, relaxing yet focusing. IMHO it shouldn't be viewed as a replacement for meditation - I don't think it will train the "attention muscle" in your brain like regular meditation does, since with the app you get the "you lost your focus" feedback without any effort. But, nevertheless, I had great experience swaying with phone in my pocket at home as well as slowly walking in the countryside. Please make an Apple Watch app, it could be great if executed properly!
