How to Use
Press 'begin'
You will hear a ting and your phone will vibrate.
Take a deep breath as the colour changes then close your eyes and breathe out keeping the new colour in mind.
After a short time you will hear another ting and your phone will vibrate. Again.
Take a deep breath as the colour changes then close your eyes and breathe out keeping the new colour in mind.
Continue this procedure until the app concludes (1 minute)
