Added a percent button (due to popular demand) which recognises when it is used in the context of addition or subtraction.
Eg 1. '200 + 5%' is shorthand for '200 plus 5% of 200' and is therefore calculated by first determining 5% of 200, then adding 200. The result is 210.
Eg 2. '200 - 5%' is shorthand for '200 subtract 5% of 200' and is therefore calculated by first determining 5% of 200, then subtracting from 200. The result is 190.
